We are a family run small business and can offer that personal touch for our guests. We often stay in the cottage ourselves during quiet periods, in our opinion this means we notice what is missing or needs improvement and hopefully after many years, you will find everything you need in the cottage. However we are always open to guest feedback.

We can offer competitive pricing for our holiday cottage because bookings are made directly rather than through 3rd party booking sites. We don’t charge extra for specific dates such as school holidays. Our rental price includes gas, electric and a bag of logs for the woodburning stove. Additional bags of logs can be sourced prior to arrival if requested - please ask.

Yes! We have dogs of our own and hate staying in properties that claim to be “dog friendly” but then have a long list of restrictions! That isn’t dog friendly in our opinion. We provide bowls, waste bags, toys and throws for the furniture. We want your four legged family members to enjoy their stay as much as you do. Although we don’t have an enclosed garden, there is a public area of grass steps from the cottage door and a small beach. There are lots of amazing walks nearby and a secure dog field just outside the town.
